HyMAX and HyMAX-HT Getter
- The HyMAX product offers users with two product solutions to cover a broad range of operating temperatures.
- HyMAX’ recommended operating temperatures are -55°C to +125°C while
- HyMAX-HT operates from the cryogenic temperature of -162°C to +300°C
